"Honestly, I was disappointed"
I really didn’t find much to like. The style selection felt super limited, a lot of it looked kind of the same to me. I couldn’t find anything I’d actually wear, which was frustrating. I was expecting a better range of options, and at the very least, I’d hope the company would acknowledge that this wasn’t a great experience

I waited for days hoping customer service would respond, but I still never got a real answer. The weird part is, it felt like my message just disappeared and no one was actually looking into it

"Return was fine, but wow did it feel slow"
I ordered a pair of shoes from robertwayne.com and of course the size was a little off, because apparently my feet decided to be dramatic. Starting the return wasn’t impossible or anything, but I did have to poke around the site for a bit to figure out the exchange info, which felt way more annoying than it needed to be.
I sent the shoes back and did get updates, but they were not exactly flying in. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but it took a couple days, and by then I was already acting like my shoes had vanished into another dimension.
The exchange did come through eventually, and the new pair fits fine, so it all worked out. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely felt slower and less smooth than I expected. Not terrible, just mildly exhausting for what should’ve been a simple swap.

I ordered a specific shoe size, but the pair that showed up was the wrong size and not what I ordered. I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but I kept getting passed around and asked the same questions over and over. Frustrating experience overall.

"Nice enough, but hard to justify the price"
I mean, it seems decent and maybe some people will think it’s worth it, but for me it just felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I wanted to like it more, but I’m not really convinced it’s worth the price.

"Shoes was falling apart after a week"
I really wanted to like these, but the material feel cheap. After about a week, the sole started peeling off, so I was disappointed.

"Decent shoes, just not the comfiest"
I ordered a pair from robertwayne.com and they arrived without any issues. They looked pretty much like the photos online, so I was happy with that part.
Comfort-wise, they’re just okay for me. The first day they felt a little stiff and rubbed around my heel, but after wearing them a few more times, they did start to feel a bit better.
Overall, they’re not bad shoes, I just wouldn’t say they’re comfortable enough to wear all day. They’re fine for short walks or going out, just not something I’d pick if I had to stand around for a long time.
